About the Return and Exchange Policy


Thanks for purchasing our products at https://shop.rorina.com

Due to the nature of our business, where all items are made to order, and many of them are personalized; our company restricts these policies to customized products that are typically not returnable and refundable.

If there's an issue with the order, such as the wrong item received or a mistake with the engravings, the customer should contact our customer support team at support@rorina.com

We encourage our customers to take a video while opening the parcel or even provide a photo showing the case. All complaints will be entertained with Parcel Opening Video.

 

Detailed Policy

We do not offer refunds for any orders placed except for the following situations:

  • You have requested the cancellation of an order that is "In Production," and our support team was able to grant that cancellation request.
  • If we're unable to replace an item under the remakes process, for example, because a product was discontinued.

Any refund issued will have payment processor fees deducted from the refund amount.
